I listed my West Loop condo with Red Era. Fevin worked really hard behind to scenes to generate lots of showings. When the first offer came in, I was on vacation in Costa Rica. I was staying at a resort on a remote part of the Pacific coast that had no electricity.

Boy was I surprised when the owner knocked on my door and told me I had a phone call. It was Fevin saying that someone had made an offer on my place. The buyer was eager to close the deal and Fevin was worried he might not want to wait a week for me to get back from vacation. In order to get the ball rolling on the sale, I had to sign some forms. In order to get those forms to me, they faxed them to the resort's business office and somehow convinced them to deliver the fax (by boat!) to me at the resort. But I got them! I was amazed. It was above and beyond my highest expectations. Take it from me - the folks at Red Era really go the extra mile on their clients' behalf.

They made the whole process of selling my home incredibly easy - they took care of everything. When I am in the market to buy another home, I know who I'm going to call: Red Era!
